I wrote an article for The Independent Voices on why I believe the Mathematics GCSE qualification needs to be revamped.
The GCSE exam results were released last week and almost 40% of students in England achieved less than the standard pass grade 4 in maths. My aim is to encourage discussion, which hopefully leads to positive change for the young people in our country. We need a qualification that prepares all students for the real world and builds confidence in their maths ability!
